    \nThe start of the race (Sunday) will take place at 7:00 in front of the central square. The swimming route is a rhombus (2 loop, 1900 meters) in a counterclockwise direction.<\/p>\n

    \nAfter exiting the water we head to the transition zone where we leave wearing our helmets and cycle past the demarcation. The route is as follows: 7.6 km out, two laps of 37.4 km and 7.6 km return.
    \nIn more detail, we cycle until we reach the first VIKOS water supply station (7.6 km) A, from there we continue on the \u201croad of God\u201d as the locals call it, to turn around at the second VIKOS water-feeding supply station B after 18, 7 km, return to the first water supply station A and repeat the tour (A,B,A).
    \nFrom there you are heading back to the T2 (same way as the going out). The course is almost flat, there is a 310meters of total altitude gain.<\/p>\n

    \nAfter putting the bike into T2 (at the same place you took it from) it\u2019s time for running.
    \nThe route is a left turn, 21 km long (three laps of 7.03 km).     Bib number placement<\/p>\n

    Throughout the duration of the race the athlete’s number must be clearly visible.<\/p>\n

    Swim: mandatory cap of the event.<\/p>\n

    Bike: number on the seat post and on the left and right of the helmet.<\/p>\n

    Run: The number on the front in a visible place.<\/p>\n

    It is forbidden to draft behind another athlete to the cycling leg. The supervision will be done by marshalls of the event. A penalty of 5 minutes will be imposed for first offense (mandatory stop in the change zone-penalty box). Second offense is direct DSQ.<\/p>\n
