Swimming
The sea of the Aegean,took its’ name from the 9th king of the ancient city of Athens, Aegeas. Boats will take you right into its’ velvet arms. Seize the chance to dive into its’ deep blue waters and swim under the gaze of Poseidon. An exceptional characteristic of the area that the event will be conducted, is the combination of mountain and sea, as the mountain Olympus adorns the otherworldly scenery with its’ magisterial presence.

• Day pass
You are required to Day Pass, under the regulations of the Triathlon Federation of Greece.

• While receiving the athlete package from the registration office all those who wish to start, are required to sign the Waiver (physical signature on the spot)
Individual Men & Women
Amendment of notice.
The organizers reserve the right to change this notice. For any change the athletes will be informed in time.

Snorkels and fins are allowed in the race with the exception of athletes who will use such from the classification.
Any form of external assistance is prohibited.
The first overall in the men’s category and women and of each category will receive a trophy. All who finish will receive finish medal.
